226 Sports Betting Leads at $6.64 CPL on Meta in Turkey — Verified Pipeline Built In
Most agencies stop at "we got you leads." In restricted verticals, that's only half the job. The other half is giving the client a way to confirm those leads are actually converting.
Most agencies stop at “we got you leads.” In restricted verticals, that’s only half the job. The other half is giving the client a way to confirm those leads are actually converting.
226 leads. $6.64 cost per lead. $1,499.94 total spend. And for the first time, the client could see which leads were turning into real deposits.
CLIENT CONTEXT
The client operates a sports betting brand targeting Turkish consumers — one of Meta’s restricted gambling categories where most agencies won’t even take the brief. Beyond the usual challenge of running ads in a restricted niche, this client had a second problem: no way to confirm whether the leads coming in were actually converting into deposits on their platform.
THE PROBLEM
Two problems, stacked on top of each other.
The first is reaching this audience at all. Sports betting advertising on Meta is restricted. Ads get flagged. Accounts get scrutinized. Getting leads to come in at a price that makes sense — without getting the account shut down — is hard enough on its own.
The second is what happens after the lead arrives. The client had no way to see which leads were converting into deposits. Leads were coming in, but there was no confirmation of which ones were actually worth something. That’s a common blind spot in restricted verticals — the ad platform delivers a number, but the client can’t verify whether that number means anything downstream.
Without that visibility, every decision is a guess. Scale budget? Based on what — a lead count with no confirmation behind it? Cut a campaign? Which one — when there’s no data showing which leads actually deposited?
The client needed both sides solved: leads that come in at the right price, and a way to trust the numbers behind them.
ZP’S APPROACH
We solved both problems in sequence.
First, we built a system that delivered leads within Meta’s restrictions for gambling advertising. The ads ran in Turkey, stayed live, and generated leads at a cost per lead that made the economics work — without triggering account-level issues.
Second, we set up conversion visibility on the client’s own site so they could see which leads were actually converting into deposits. For the first time, the client had a clear line between “lead came in” and “lead deposited” — turning a blind pipeline into one they could actually trust and make decisions from.
The specifics of how we built both sides stay internal. What matters is the outcome: leads coming in at the right price, and the client able to verify what those leads were worth.

226 leads at $6.64 each on $1,499.94 in spend — in a restricted gambling category on Meta in Turkey. But the number that changed the client’s decision-making wasn’t the lead count. It was being able to see, for the first time, which of those leads were actually converting into deposits.
THE TAKEAWAY
Cheap leads aren’t valuable if you can’t tell which ones are converting. In restricted verticals, the blind spot between “lead arrived” and “lead deposited” is where most campaigns lose the client’s trust — and where most agencies stop working.
This system delivered both: 226 leads at $6.64 CPL, and the visibility to confirm which ones were worth something. That’s not a one-off campaign result. That’s a pipeline the client can trust, measure, and scale.
If you’re running ads in a restricted niche and you’re getting leads but can’t confirm what happens after they arrive — the lead count isn’t the problem. The visibility is.
